FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the kit safe for my dog?

Every tool is designed gentle-first: low-amplitude massage under 50 dB, low-heat LEDs with auto-shutoff, and a no-pressure harness. Introduce each slowly, and stop if your dog seems uncomfortable. When in doubt, consult your veterinarian.

Should I talk to my vet before starting?

We recommend it — especially if your dog has a diagnosed condition, is recovering from surgery or injury, or takes medication. Aries & Apollo supports everyday wellness routines; it doesn't replace veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment.

When will my Founding Pack ship?

Founding Packs ship in 8–12 weeks from your order date, arriving September–October 2026. You'll get a production update every two weeks, plus tracking the moment your kit ships.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full, no-questions refund. After delivery, our 30-day guarantee applies — if the kit isn't right for your dog, we'll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick the size that matches your dog's weight class at checkout. Before anything ships, we'll email you a two-measurement size check (chest girth + weight) to confirm the fit — and exchanges are free.

When will I notice a difference?

Every dog is different. The kit supports comfort and mobility as part of a consistent daily routine — it isn't a treatment or cure, and results vary.

How do charging and battery life work?

Both devices charge via included USB-C cables. Full battery and runtime specs will be published on each product page before shipping.

What warranty do you offer?

All hardware carries a 1-year warranty; chews carry a satisfaction guarantee.

Can I use all four products together?

That's the idea: warm up with the light wrap, work in with the massager, move with the harness, finish with a chew — about 10–15 minutes total. The included guide walks you through it.

Which dogs is Aries & Apollo for?

Seniors, working and sporting dogs, large breeds, and any dog whose human cares about long-term mobility. For puppies or dogs with health conditions, ask your veterinarian first.
