Founding Pack Preorder Terms
This is a preorder. Your payment method is charged at checkout. Estimated shipping: 8–12 weeks from your order date, arriving September–October 2026.
We'll email updates at purchase, mid-production, and shipment — at least every two weeks. You may cancel any time before shipment for a full refund to your original payment method: reply to your confirmation email or use our contact page.
If our estimated ship date changes, we'll notify you before the current window ends with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Dates are good-faith estimates based on our production schedule.
Refunds
Preorder cancellations are refunded in full — no restocking fees, no store credit substitutions. Refunds to credit or debit cards are issued within one billing cycle.
