Welcome to Aries & Apollo. This site and store are operated by Aries & Apollo LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18+ to purchase. Sales are currently US-only.

2. Preorders. Our Preorder Terms are incorporated here: payment is charged at checkout; ship dates are good-faith estimates; you may cancel before shipment for a full refund.

3. Pricing, payment, taxes. Prices are in USD; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Intended use. Products are for dogs only. Follow all instructions and safety warnings, supervise your dog during use, and discontinue if you observe discomfort.

5. Not veterinary advice. Aries & Apollo products are wellness and comfort products. They are not veterinary medical devices or medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for veterinary care — consult your veterinarian about your dog's health.

6. Warranty and returns. Our Refund Policy is incorporated here. Hardware carries a 1-year warranty.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Content and reviews. Site content is our intellectual property. By submitting a review you grant us a license to display it; we require honest reviews and do not suppress lawful negative reviews.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
