Refund policy

Preorder cancellations: full refund any time before shipment — reply to your confirmation email or use our contact page. Refunds go to your original payment method within one billing cycle.

After delivery: 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging for a refund of the purchase price (original shipping non-refundable; customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective).

Defective or damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.

Chews: opened consumable chews are non-returnable for safety reasons unless defective.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of our receiving a return.
